What DIY Parcel Negotiations Does — and What It Does Not Do

DIYPN provides analysis, benchmarking, recommended targets, structured request documents and supporting guidance to help shippers prepare for and conduct their own carrier negotiations.

Because you conduct the negotiation, the outcome depends on factors outside our control — including your carrier's decisions, your shipping profile and volume, market conditions, the timing of your discussions, and how you choose to use the materials we provide.

Nature of Services and No Guarantee of Results

Any references to cost savings, performance improvements, rate benchmarks or financial outcomes — on this website, in our materials, or in any tool or guidance we provide — are illustrative and directional only.

Results vary based on numerous factors, including carrier behavior, shipment profiles, market conditions, and client participation. No guarantees, warranties, or assurances of savings or outcomes are made unless expressly set forth in a written, executed agreement.

A review that confirms your existing agreement is already competitive is a valid and complete deliverable. DIYPN is engaged to provide analysis, preparation and guidance — not to produce a particular financial result.

Disclaimer of Financial Projections

Any financial projections, estimates, benchmarks, target rates or performance illustrations provided on this website or in our deliverables are hypothetical in nature and do not represent actual or guaranteed results. Actual outcomes may differ materially, and such differences may be significant.

Fees and Payment

Fees are stated at the time of purchase and are payable in advance. Fees are charged for the preparation and delivery of analysis, documents and guidance — not for any particular negotiated outcome.

Your Data and Carrier Accounts

DIYPN's analysis is performed on shipping and invoice data that you export and provide to us.

We do not access your carrier accounts. We do not request, store or use carrier account credentials, and we do not log in to any carrier system on your behalf. All data reaches us because you choose to upload it.

By providing data to us, you represent that you are authorized to share it and that doing so does not violate any agreement between you and your carrier. We use your data solely to perform the services you have requested, and we treat it as confidential.

Tool and Support Access

Where a package includes access to DIYPN tools, guided support or our AI assistant, that access is provided for 90 days from delivery of your analysis, unless otherwise stated at purchase.

Support commitments are response commitments, not resolution or outcome commitments. Stated response times refer to business hours on business days. Access is provided on an as-available basis and may be subject to reasonable interruption for maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control.

Confidentiality and Protection of Methodology

Our analysis, benchmarks, target frameworks, scoring logic, rate references, templates, scripts and supporting guidance are confidential and proprietary to DIYPN. They are licensed to you for use in your own carrier negotiations only.

You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, publish, resell, or disclose these materials to any third party — including any consultant, broker, competitor or negotiation service — or to use them to provide services to others, without our prior written consent. You may share the carrier-facing request documents with your own carrier as part of your negotiation; that is their intended use.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our deliverables, including text, graphics, methodologies, frameworks, logos, trademarks, service marks, illustrations, and other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the property of DIY Parcel Negotiations or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Nothing on this website grants any license or right to use any Content without prior written consent, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
